Click on the link above to view an assignment I completed for one of my electives, Microsoft Office I. For this activity, I followed a template to create a newsletter for anything of choice. I chose my favorite band, the Jonas Brothers. I'm proud of the little articles I created for this newsletter, and how I was able to organize it all to fit on one page. Success! Click on the link above to view another activity. I'm proud of this one because I successfully inserted an Excel spreadsheet into a Microsoft Word document in a neat and organized way. Plus, I'm also a big American Idol fan too!

I chose this activity for my e-Portfolio because I like how the calendar turned out, and love knowing that I can make a simple calendar in Microsoft Word whenever I need to. Also, I figured out the directions all by myself, which made me confident that I can do it if need be.

I chose this PowerPoint for my e-Portfolio because I successfully learned and applied new skills to this presentation, such as adding action buttons and using actual pictures for slide backgrounds, but not having them take away from the actual presentation itself.

Siobhan Magnus is one of my FAVORITE singers ever, and I had to make this presentation about her. I chose to include it here because I like the way the colors work together, as well as custom transitions and animations. As I move farther through the PowerPoint activity book, I find myself sticking to the guidelines without making it as accurate as they had planned. For this activity, the book required a list of the best selling albums, etc. Siobhan isn't a signed singer, so I put in a slide of her first single cover instead, and things like that.

Titanic is my favorite movie of all time. I loved the color scheme used in this project, and how I added video clips from the movie for
effect. I think it ties in well with the theme of the project and helps to explain the purpose of the presentation, which is to explain why
Titanic should win an Academy Award. I also added automatic slide change settings to this presentation, making sure that every
transition didn't interfere with the time alotted to view each video clip.

I made this PowerPoint in Photo I class this year, about photographer Julia Margaret Cameron. I really like her use of photography and enjoyed studying her for the project. The assignment wasn't a chore for me at all!
This is my artist statement for Photo. I had to write about my strengths and weaknesses as a photographer, what I like to photograph best, and so on. I think it captures who I am well and honestly says what I can do well and what I think I can work on with my photos in the future.

This is my favorite picture I have taken in Photo this year - it's of my friend Livi and a horse she rides, Iden. The two look great jumping together, and the more I look at this picture the more I like it. My artist statement tells how much I love taking action pictures, especially of horses.
